1996, Nanjing Jincheng Suzuki Motorcycle Co. started production of their motorcycles and in the end of 1997, the company moved to a new plant site located in the Hushu Industrial Zone, Jiangning County, Nanjing, Japan. Nanjing Jincheng Suzuki Motorcycle Co. has an annual production of 200,000 motorcycles (incl. engines). The company integrates all of their production, motorcycle sales and maintenance service and is also one of the leading motorcycle suppliers in China. They are equipped with China's top-ranking production line, a world leading stamping line, a machining line and a spray painting line as well as all different classes of precision measuring instruments. Their stamping line is composed of a car-frame production line with high speed deep drawing oil press and robots

The current monthly output average of motorcycles is over 3000, most of which are sold for cash.
