Rover

There are lots of British car brands that have been released to the market. Rover is one of the top brands that have increased the consciousness and admiration of global car consumers towards vehicles produced United Kingdom. So huge is the recognition given to the car brand that even after the demise of the car's manufacturer, other carmakers in some parts of the world are interested to continue the Rover legacy.

Originally, Rover was a name used to refer to a tricycle made by English firm Starley & Sutton Co in 1883. From there, the company evolved, changed ownership until Rover came out to become an independent and very sophisticated car manufacturer.

Many car producers all over the world are now eyeing the rights to buy the name Rover. It is an indication that through the entirety of its existence, Rover was able to shape up and make its own niche in the global car industry. On a positive note, you can be assured that the Rover tradition of quality and design will live on forever, no matter what company handles the name.
